Hey there, I'm Coach Henry! I’m originally from the UK, but I now live in the Kruunuvuorenranta neighborhood with my partner, child and our dog. Through my 10 years of coaching, I have found a fairly simple initial goal for juniors and adults. I want to teach the essential movement patterns for a healthy life. This will give people the tools to overcome any movement they may encounter in life or sport with ease. Meaning, you are far more likely to prevent injury. This can involve climbing, jumping, swinging, throwing, squatting, pressing… all sorts of movement patterns. From there, the sky's the limit. We can safely build strength and skills whilst getting more creative with your programming and goals.
