After signing up, you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to pick up and activate your personal Fressi membership/access card. You can do this at any time, regardless of the customer service desk's opening hours.
Children aged 12-14 are welcome to exercise at Fressi accompanied by a guardian (all with memberships of their own). Those 15 or over can train without a guardian. A membership contract for customers under 18 must always be signed by a guardian.
